RETURN POLICY
We want you to love every Morning Mogul purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with tags attached
- In original packaging
Underwear that has been worn, washed, or has tags removed cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return, contact us at support@morningmogul.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return. Once approved, ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
EXCHANGES
We accept exchanges for unworn items in original condition within 30 days of delivery. Contact us at support@morningmogul.com to begin an exchange.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If you received a defective or damaged item, contact us immediately at support@morningmogul.com with photos of the damage. We will cover return shipping and provide a full replacement or refund.
